Microsoft Response Point SP1

We just received SP1 for Response Point. So we are going to test it this week, specifically the SIP trunking.

Other new stuff:

In addition to these, there are numerous minor tweaks and improvements throughout the product.

In Administrator:
1. SIP Trunking, including the ability to assign Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers to extensions.
2. Call history reports.
3. Device firmware upgrade tool.
4. Parking place music. (An external audio source that is heard when a call is parked using the RP button).
5. The ability to block a phone from calling external numbers.

In Assistant:
1. Imported contacts are displayed in the main window.
2. Double-click to call any contact in the main window.
3. See the whether other users are on a call or not.
4. See what calls are parked in the system, and pick up any of them.

In the auto-attendant:
1. Voice barge-in. Callers don't need to wait for silence before they start talking.
