ESI dealership
Well it looks like sales are strong with ESI this quarter and we are going to hit quota for a Level 3 dealer! Not to bad our highest we have been is a Level 4 (out of 6). I think in 2008 we will hit that level again!

Skype Call Centers
It seems to me that there has been alot of buzz about Skype call centers. I have been doing some research on this and it looks cool.
The concept is remarkable. Cheap calling for call centers without having to pay for any trunking or any sort of expensive PBX system. you can get phone numbers for the inbound center or use it just for outbound calling.
I stumble onto a lot of call centers who want cheap cheap. Maybe i will try it a little. I do love Skype!

New Web Site
Things on the web site are looking very nice. I have a couple external websites that I own pointing to this site and I am about to add a few banners. I am not trying to attract lots of attention outside of Utah however. But if I can provide an informative site all the better!
Live web chat is now working as well.
